Our Studio Policies

When you sign up for a class, our instructor is looking forward to having you join in. Please keep in mind that we have a 8-hour cancellation window before the class starts. If you cancel within this window, it's considered a late cancellation and will incur a fee of kr.500 if you are a now-show in class the fee is kr.1500
If it’s an emergency, please email helga@nunacollective.com and we’ll figure something out!

We do not refund for the purchase of services at NúnaCo. If you purchased a class, a package or a membership we cannot refund you. If anything comes up that makes it so that you can not use any classes, or memberships we can always talk, or you can email helga@nunacollective.com and explain your situation. I am always available and willing to work with you.

To join a waitlisted class, you'll need to have a class credit. If it's your first class and you choose the "pay later" option, you won't be able to waitlist for that class. If you do have class credits and get added to the waitlist, you'll receive an email and a notification on the Momence App confirming your waitlist position. Once you secure a spot in the class, you'll receive an immediate email confirming your placement.
Please remember to regularly check your emails if you're on the waitlist so that you can promptly cancel your booking if you won't be able to attend the class.

To enroll in one of our classes, please begin by creating an account on Momence.
If you're new to our studio, during the registration process, you'll be prompted to provide your name and email address. It's crucial that you input accurate information, including your phone number, in case of any emergency communication needs.
Once your account is set up, you can choose your preferred class option: NúnaCo. Intro, a 10-class pack, or you can select the "pay later" option if preferred, followed by booking your spot.
For a more convenient booking experience, we highly recommend downloading the Momence app to your phone. We strongly encourage all clients to sign up for classes online and in advance to ensure you secure your spot. Thank you for considering NúnaCo, and we look forward to having you in our classes!

Please arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of class, as this helps us to start on time and make sure you have everything you need for class.
